Inspired Learning and Leadership
At the start of every school year, many of us document what our children want to be when they grow up. Maybe the first year you write veterinarian on the chalkboard photo prop. The next year, it could be a teacher or an astronaut.
For most kids, what they want to be is always changing. That’s why at Covenant Christian Academy we partner with Christian families to offer a truly well-rounded education — an education that inspires.
A love of learning. An understanding of research, problem-solving, and critical thinking. A commitment to serving God and becoming who He created them to be.
With this kind of time-tested education, your child is prepared for whatever the future may hold.
We’ve been teaching students for more than 40 years at our private Christian school in Colleyville, near Dallas and Fort Worth. And we’re looking forward to telling you more about the advantages of a Classical education and sharing stories of how our graduates stand out for all the right reasons.

The Classical Advantage
At Covenant Christian Academy, we use a curriculum that draws from the best artists and thinkers of the past to help your child prepare academically and spiritually for the modern-day world. Thanks, in part, to this well-designed curriculum, we’re accredited by the Association of Classical Christian Schools and the Association of Christian Teachers and Schools.
Curriculum that Aligns to Natural Development
- In the classical model, the elementary years are considered foundational — a season in which children are naturally inclined to absorb information.
- Your child will grow in the core knowledge they need to advance to the next phase in middle school, where they will wrestle with deeper ideas and concepts.
- Then, they progress to high school, where they grow in wisdom and learn to effectively articulate arguments and ideas.
Emphasis on Classics and Fine Arts
We use inspiration from literature and the arts to teach an appreciation of God’s truth, beauty, and goodness.
